Proposed project to include 750 rental units and 42,000 square feet of coworking space spread across two 13-story buildings within the for a 7.3-acre parcel.  The project will also include 70,000 square feet of amenity space and a two-story parking garage with 357 spaces. Construction is anticipated to start late this year. 

The property was purchased by Greystar and J.P. Morgan from CSX Transportation in July 2019 for $67.5M.
