The project consists of the demolition of an existing building (formerly a Chinese food restaurant) and the construction of an approved 5 story 75 unit multi-family apartment building. The project will consist of surface parking as well as parking under the building, utility connections, stormwater management system and incidental site work.

All of the work will occur within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. The goal is to make the building part of the Revere Beach community and the rising foot traffic in the area. The approved building will sit just 500 yards from the Revere Beach Train Station.
