About Clippership Wharf
Mixed-use development project on a 12-acre East Boston Waterfront site overlooking Boston Harbor and the Boston skyline. The under-construction project will have four buildings total and will feature 478 residences with approximately 30,200 square feet of retail and community space, including a cafe and a restaurant. Residences will include 398 apartments and 80 condominiums, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. Phase 1 of Clippership Wharf will construct two buildings containing 284 rental apartments and one building containing 80 condominiums. Phase 2 will construct a fourth building containing 114 apartments.
The condominiums at Clippership Wharf, dubbed Slip65, will include one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms outfitted with top-of-the-line finishes and graced with sweeping waterfront views throughout. Residences will feature oversized windows and chef-level kitchens including stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, quartz countertops, distinctive tile backsplashes, and custom cabinetry. Resident amenities will include indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a fitness and social club and ample bike storage. Slip65 condominiums are sold out. Apartments at Clippership Wharf will be dubbed Dox; leasing will begin in 2018.
The Clippership Wharf project will include over four acres of waterfront open space, including a new Harborwalk extension and waterfront transportation dock. A total of 321 vehicle parking spaces will be built on site; 300 spaces will be located in an underground parking garage. 20 underground parking spaces will be public. Zipcars will be available on site. Clippership Wharf is located steps to the Maverick Square MBTA Blue Line station, a three-minute train ride to Downtown Boston, with direct access to water taxi service.
