FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE/Clarification - The Wynn Hotel Tower will comprise 27 floors of habitable/hotel living space and at a top height of approx. 380 Ft in height including decorative parapet. The reinforced concrete Hotel Tower with post-tensioned concrete slab floors is currently starting (as of today, November 2, 2017) to form up the 12th floor of this part of the massive structure; no way even near the "topping-off" as stated in the article LEAD-IN. You may be referring to the near topping-off of the structural steel LOW RISE PODIUM structure with a ceremony going on today while this comment is being posted.
