About Hood Park
Originally home to the quintessential New England dairy company H.P. Hood and Sons, Hood Park is a master-planned urban campus in Boston. The 20-acre campus is undergoing comprehensive development and improvements throughout, creating distinctive Class A office and research & development space in the vibrant Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. The project will feature approximately 1,735,800 gross square feet of development spread among various buildings with a variety of uses including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. A total of 1,465 vehicle parking spaces are proposed within the project site. The Hood Park redevelopment will also create and activate publicly accessible open spaces for tenants and residents as well as the Charlestown community and visitors.
