The John Hook Development MUST BE CONSIDERED as a completely separate development in NO PART connected to the far more contentious proposal known as the PINNACLE to replace the Harbor Garage; the John Hook Site is a burnt-out eyesore in need of a quick fix, and therefore a very modest-sized (305 FT tall) Hotel Tower SHOULD GET THE GO AHEAD ASAP - DAMN THE WHINING NIMBY FOOLS, full speed ahead!!!

AGAIN! APPROVE THIS PROJECT ASAP. The site is an <EXPLETIVE DELETED> eyesore and a new development here DIRECTLY ADJACENT to the Northern Avenue Bridge Revitalization Project will create a beautiful connection between the Downtown/Harbor Front area and the burgeoning SEAPORT DISTRICT. Enough is Enough with placating the NIMBY cry baby contingent. I for one would like to see EACH and EVERY Downtown Boston development NIMBY move to BOLTON, MA where urban-scaled development TRULY would be out of place! YOU HAVE T%HE BUCKS, YOU HAVE THE MONEY - MOVE!!!
