Transit-oriented mixed-use multi-phased development project featuring approximately 283 rental residential units and 5,000 square feet of retail space. Residential units will include approximately 35 studios, 108 one-bedrooms, 86 two-bedrooms and 14 three-bedrooms at full buildout.

Resident amenities at MetroMark Apartments include a fitness facility, a yoga studio, a dog park and grooming room, a club room, a library, an entertainment room and a roof deck with sweeping Boston skyline views. Parking will be built at MetroMark Apartments for a total of 180 cars and 250 bicycles. Electric car charging stations are available at MetroMark Apartments in addition to a bicycle repair workshop. MetroMark Apartments is located across from the Forest Hills rapid transit station on the MBTA Orange Line, MBTA Commuter Rail and multiple bus lines.
