About 250 North Street
Upcoming 430,000 square foot lab and office building overlooking the CX Common at the heart of Cambridge Crossing. Lab and tech space will be built to accommodate the Philips North America Innovation Center and leading science and technology tenants. The building includes 17,000 square feet of ground-level retail, three levels of underground parking, shared conference space, and a bike room equipped with lockers and an adjacent shower room. 250 North Street will be built to LEED V4 Silver sustainability specifications and is Wired Score Platinum certified. The building is 80%-leased following Philips' lease of 350,000 square feet.
250 North Street will be part of the first phase of DivcoWest's 43-acre, 4.5-million-square-foot Cambridge Crossing development, which upon completion will feature 2.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art science and technology space, 2.4 million square feet of residential space with 2,400 future residential units, in addition to the existing 2,500 units, and 100,000 square feet of retail. 250 North Street is adjacent to a new pedestrian plaza, Baldwin Park, and fronts the expansive green space of the CX Common. The building’s ground floor retail space will be located across from a future retail pavilion, another component of Cambridge Crossing's first phase. 250 North Street will be located steps to the MBTA’s green line Lechmere station and is also accessible via the orange line’s Community College station.
