13-story, 298,700 square foot building located in the Seaport District's Boston Marine Industrial Park (BMIP) across from the approved Marine Wharf Hotel development steps to the Innovation and Design Building.
The building under construction at Parcel Q1 will contain 225,000 square feet of office space with 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. A 12,000 square foot public plaza will be constructed at the building's ground level fronting Drydock Avenue. Office workers will have access to an 11th-floor roof terrace facing the Boston skyline and a rooftop terrace at the penthouse level.
Levels two through four of the approved building will contain a parking garage with approximately 150 spaces; the building will have no below-grade space. Bicycle storage and locker rooms with showers will be located on the building's ground floor. The project site is located steps to MBTA Silver Line bus service to Downtown Boston.
