A certificate of occupancy has been issued for the base building, core, and shell, of Two Drydock in Boston's Seaport. The 13-story building features 230,000 square feet of office space plus 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Tenants at the project will include MullenLowe and Mediahub, Shell TechWorks and local brewery Lord Hobo. Amenities at Two Drydock include an 11th-floor terrace facing the Boston skyline and rooftop yoga studio.
A permit valued at $8M has been pulled for tenant fit-up on floors 7-10 at Two Drydock Avenue. The project will include new finishes along with mechanical and electrical. When complete in the first quarter of 2020, Two Drydock will feature 225,000 square feet of office space with 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Tenants at the project will include MullenLowe and Mediahub who have leased 114,620 square feet plus Shell TechWorks who committed to 43,821 square feet. Local brewery Lord Hobo will occupy the 9,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space on the ground floor.

Construction Continues on Skanska's Next Seaport Office Project: Two Drydock
Window install is ongoing for Skanska's Two Drydock, in Boston's Seaport. The 225,000 square foot project will feature flexible, modern office space, offering abundant natural light through this glass facade. Along with the office space the building will also feature 9,500 square foot of ground floor retail and parking for 150 cars. The parking has been strategically placed on floors 2-4 to allow for possible future repositioning.
Construction on Skanska's newest office project, Two Drydock is advancing with windows being installed. The upcoming 250,000 square foot mixed-use office building captures the industrial look of the neighborhood while offering modern office amenities like a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and open workspaces with abundant natural light. The building is targetting LEED Gold Certification and will feature an energy recovery system and high-performance curtain wall facade.
With over 1750 steel beams in place, the 12-story tower at Two Drydock has topped off. The project will feature 225,000 square feet of office space, 9,500 square-feet of ground-floor retail as well as a 12,000 square-foot public plaza. Building amenities will include a rich first-level experience to include a cafe and craft brewing space, along with rooftop yoga area, and terrace with sweeping Boston and water views.

The building is set to contain 225,000 square feet of office space with 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. A 12,000 square foot public plaza will be constructed at the building's ground level fronting Drydock Avenue. Office workers will have access to an 11th-floor roof terrace facing the Boston skyline and a rooftop terrace at the penthouse level.
Foundation work is underway for new office space coming to the corner of Drydock Avenue & Harbor Street in the Seaport. The building is set to include over 211,000 sf of office space along with 8,400 sf of ground floor retail. A new public plaza will also be built along Drydock Avenue.
The $128 million project is expected to be complete in December 2019.

The Parcel Q1 office and retail development was approved at Thursday (December 15th)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. Located in the Seaport District’s Boston Marine Industrial Park (BMIP), the $110 million project will construct a 13-story, 298,700 square foot building featuring 211,700 square feet of office space with 8,400 square feet of ground-floor retail. Construction is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2017, with expected completion in the third quarter of 2019.

Skanska has released new details and renderings for the proposed Seaport District office building at Parcel Q1, located in the Boston Marine Industrial Park (BMIP) across from the proposed Marine Wharf Hotel steps to the Innovation and Design Building, in a Project Notification Form (PNF) filed with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) today; the following is a link to the PNF. Designed by SGA, the proposed building would be 13 stories tall with 211,700 square feet of office space, 8,400 square feet of ground-floor retail and a new 12,900 square foot public plaza fronting Drydock Avenue. Skanska has filed a Letter of Intent with the Boston Redevelopment Authority proposing to construct a new eight-story, 230,000 square foot office building with ground-floor retail in Boston's Seaport District; the following is a link to the Letter of Intent. The proposed building would be located at the intersection of Drydock Avenue and Harbor Street on Parcel Q1 of Boston Marine Industrial Park, across from the Innovation and Design Building. The Boston Redevelopment Authority granted Skanska tentative approval to construct an office building on the 36,799 square foot Parcel Q1 in May 2015.
