Phase 3, developed by The Community Builders and designed by The Architectural Team, will construct A.O. Flats, a mixed-use building featuring 78 mixed-income apartment residences, 1,620 square feet of ground-floor retail, 1,040 square feet of community space and a 42-space underground parking garage. 38 apartments will be designated affordable to middle-income households, and 40 apartments will be designated affordable to low-income households, including eight for families experiencing homelessness. Resident amenities at A.O. Flats will include a fitness center, a common lounge and bicycle storage.
