Wood Framing is in place for Park 77 at 77 New Street in Cambridge. The project will feature a mix of one and two bedroom rental units, 97 in total. Resident amenities will include a roof deck, fitness center, and pet wash station. The building will also feature underground car and bike parking.

The Developers Abode Z + Acorn Holdings have refinanced their development at 75 New Street in Cambridge for $27 million via Digital Federal Credit Union. The project is currently under construction with foundation work nearly complete.
The four-level complex will house 97 1-2 bedroom units and an underground parking garage including 108 bicycle spaces. A roof deck will also be a part of the amenities here. This Phase II project calls for the reuse of the existing curb and sharing of the existing driveway of sister development Park 87.
