Randall School Redevelopment

Planned development and renovation at the site of the historic Randall School in the Southwest Waterfront neighborhood. Developers Lowe Enterprises and Telesis Corporation, in partnership with architect Beyer Blinder Belle, are planning more 18,000 square feet of commercial space and a 110-foot-tall, 489-unit apartment building with a two-level, below-grade parking garage with 301 spaces. Plans also call for 3,000 square feet of solar panels to be installed. Additionally, a 32,000-square-foot museum and restaurant are now back on the drawing board along with the possibility of a co-working space.
