About Boulevard on the Greenway

110 Broad Street, Financial DistrictBoston, MA

Upcoming mixed-use building overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harbor. Boulevard on the Greenway will feature 36 residential units including 31 market-rate residential condominiums and five artist lofts. Condominiums will range from one to three bedrooms, including penthouse duplexes. Resident amenities at Boulevard on the Greenway will include concierge service, a club room, a fitness center, and garage parking.

Approximately 3,550 square feet of retail space will be located along Boulevard on the Greenway's ground floor. A historic building on site designed by notable architect Charles Bulfinch will be preserved and integrated into Boulevard on the Greenway's facade. The renderings look great; the building in 3 D reality is totally UNINSPIRING, HO HUM, LOW RISE BOSTON PABLUM...this is my opinion of course. Others are free to disagree.. YET, if buildings in Downtown Boston are restricted to UNINSPIRING heights here in Boston, perhaps all low rise buildings should be designed to reflect neoclassical, Romanesque and or other ancient architectural styles. THIS A BORING, BORING, BORING as all get out building!!!!!!!!!!!!
