Residential units will include 3 studios, 12 1-bedrooms, 18 2-bedrooms, 3 2-bedroom-plus-dens, and 4 3-bedrooms. 7 condominiums and 1 retail space will be designated affordable. 20 parking spaces will be built on site. Tempo will be located in Jamaica Plain's Egleston Square neighborhood a short walk to the MBTA Orange Line.  Construction is expected to be completed by March 2020.
