The completed work was an alteration and addition to the Holiday Inn – Fisherman’s Wharf, an existing 5- story, 263,550sf hotel at 1300 Columbus Avenue in the North Beach neighborhood.
The 4-story addition on the south half of the lot was constructed where primarily surface parking existed along the North Point Street frontage. The proposed project added 97,900sf to create 174 new hotel rooms and 8,400sf of ground floor commercial space along North Point Street and Columbus Avenue.
