OZ’s design for the Rêve project at Boulder Junction was recently approved by the Boulder City Council. Developed by Southern Land Company of Franklin, TN, Rêve is the latest exciting mixed-use development in a rapidly changing neighborhood, joining Whole Foods, Spark, Hyatt Place, Solana and the nearby Google campus. Rêve is reshaping the east Boulder experience with a mix of exclusive street level retail, live/work space and a diversity of residential options all intertwined into open space and dynamic public plaza. This transformative mixed-use project includes four buildings over a 6-acre site at 30th and Pearl streets with a linear open space park along the Boulder Slough.
