1000 Fourth St. SW, Washington DC
DMPED selected the PN Hoffman team to develop Waterfront Station II, a 59,000-sq.-ft. lot at 1000 Fourth Street, SW. The redevelopment includes a 400,000 sq. ft., mixed-use community of 456 residential units (137 affordable), in addition to 12,000 sq. ft. of retail, a 9,000 sq. ft. theatre space, and 9,000 sq. ft. for AppleTree Early Learning (pre-K). The project will also feature 161 long-term & 28 short-term bike spaces, a 16,270 sq. ft. penthouse, and 7,500 SF of interior amenity space on the 2nd and penthouse levels.
