Architectural work to include new partitions, doors, flooring, finishes, ceilings, entry stairs, exit ramp, ADA lift, and revisions to existing entry vestibule. New Commercial Kitchen to include Kitchen Grease and Solid Fuel Exhaust Hoods, tie-ins to existing grease disposal system, and associated equipment. Mechanical work to include new Air Handling Units, Make-Up Air Unit, Kitchen Grease Exhaust Hood, Kitchen Solid Fuel Exhaust Hood, connections to existing rated vertical kitchen exhaust ducts, new rooftop exhaust fans, and all associated new ductwork. Electrical work to include connections to Commercial Kitchen and Bar equipment, lighting, outlets, transformers, panels, exit signs, and emergency lighting. Plumbing work to include water, gas, grease, and waste connections to Commercial Kitchen and Bar equipment, six (6) new public restrooms, and one (1) new employee restroom. All underground waste and grease connections and associated slab penetrations executed under a separate permit. The existing sprinkler and fire alarm system shall be modified under a separate permit and filed by the installing contractor. New structural work is limited to supports for long-span interior sliding partitions and shall be designed, engineered, and installed by contractor. No exterior work or Modifications are included in this project or scope of work.
