About Reverb Apartments
2133 9th Street NW, Washington, DC
A vacant parking lot (behind the 9:30 Club) will be redeveloped into 312 residential apartment units and about 5,000 square feet of retail space. The site is owned by Howard University and the developers entered into a ground lease. As part of the project, W Street will be extended through the site to reconnect the street grid.
Construction is expected to be complete in May 2023.
