I am replacing and extending fence at rear. The wooden fence to be replaced will consist of concrete blocks 3 feet off the ground with 5 feet of wooden fence on top for a height total of 8 feet. This fence will run from the house to the alley.At the alley I will have a roll up gate for my vehicles to access the fully enclosed property.
