It includes closing an existing curb cut, a proposed new commercial curb cut, a proposed sidewalk w/ DDOT standard pavers to match the adjacent property to the west (77 H StreetNW), proposed tree pruning, and proposed architectural canopies-including three code modifications for canopy, cornices, and sun shades. This application serves to replace the existing DDOT application #342476 due to a comment that a new application should be started because the private space scope of work of a new building triggers a new commercial curb cut, not just a repair and replace of an existing curb cut. The three existing streetlights will be replaced with a new pole and fixture that supports the streetlighting calculation, as coordinated in the PDRM and shown in the uploaded photometric documents. Coordination w/ UFA arborist Matthew Lehtonen regrading the canopies has been completed; he accepts any projections starting at or above 40 feet. There is no stormwater discharge from roof leaders into public space. All private space drainage is routed via storm lateral into public space, except for the portion of the private sidewalk at the southeast entrance of the building which sheet flows into public space and will enter the storm system via a curb inlet.
