The electrical scope is limited to removing existing light fixtures and replacing with new energy efficient fixtures as well removing existing receptacles and switches and replacing with new. The new occupant load after renovations will be a total of 41 in the suite, whereas the existing occupant load of the suite is 37 occupants, a net increase of 4 .
