The Scope of Work indicated within these documents reflects various interior, Life Safety Improvements to the existing Hartke Theatre building at the Catholic University of America (CUA) located at 620 Michigan Avenue NE, in Washington DC. Improvements generally include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Installation of a new, wet pipe sprinkler system; b. Installation of new, voice-notification-type, low-voltage fire alarm system; c. Miscellaneous repairs to existing HVAC systems: d. Abatement of existing asbestos containing materials (AM); e. Replacement of existing ceilings and lighting (in areas of abatement); f. Installation of a single-user, ADA-compliant Toilet Rooms within the adjoining, Classroom Building; and g. The renovation of existing Toilet and Dressing rooms to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
