Permit Details: This is a revision to permit B1904902. This project includes changes made to the garage smoke exhaust systems based on comments and coordination with DDOT. The supply and exhaust duct has been reversed, and the smoke now exhausts out of the front of the building on 3rd street. The emergency exhaust fan has been relocated to the 3rd street fa¿ade of the building and changed to an inline fan. The DDOT corridor is now open at 3rd street (with a locking gate), and the supply fan and heaters serving this area have been removed. ¿In its place, there is a small louver at the east elevation of the building to allow for wind to naturally ventilate this space. In addition, the service corridor flooring has been modified to be 24 x 24x2 pavers on stone dust in lieu of concrete slab on grade. A vestibule has been added to connect the proposed project and the existing AIPAC building and the door that connected the Fitness Center Egress Stairs with the service corridor has been eliminated. ¿A heater has been added to condition this AIPAC Connection Vestibule.
