Building #2 connects to both Building #1 and #3 with aerial bridges on the 2nd floor.  In addition, Building #3 connects to Building #2 with a glass floor aerial bridge at the roof level.

The property was purchased by Greystar and J.P. Morgan from CSX Transportation in July 2019 for $67.5M.
