About Pullman Place
911 2nd St NE, NoMa, Washington DC
Developer Fortis Company and Northridge Capital, in partnership with R2L Architects and Ellisdale + Eichberg Construction, have completed the construction of Pullman Place, a 6-story, 42-unit condominium project roughly 3 blocks from Union Station in NoMa. The project replaces an existing 8,560 SF office building. Pullman Place amenities include spa-inspired baths, nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, a fitness center, and private balconies or patios in some units.
The project is named for George Pullman, the engineer responsible for the Pullman sleeping car on American trains.
