CATV system homerun conduit with pull string, from main TV room to each apartment, is included. Pre-wiring with one RG-6 cable, device plates, TV connectors and termination inside of units. Terminal cabinet inside units are included. Phone and TV backboards are included, BDA system, BDA conduits & boxes. Security and access control conduits and boxes. Switch gear system as per plans, Emergency Generator and ATS. Penetrations through sheer walls, transfer beams, tie-beams and tie-columns are necessary and considered to be permitted by structural engineer and building department for slab bed condo unit power, telephone & CATV service conduits. Feeders, Connection of fire pump, jockey pump, domestic water pump, sump pump & elevators are included. Power for elevator pit lights, receptacles, Power for bathrooms exhaust fans (standard ones). Wiring devices including screwless wall plates and decorative style devices (Leviton manufacturer) and tamper proof receptacles inside units and common areas. Standard 5c/18Awg for air hander unit’s thermostats and #14 wire for CUs control. FPL Secondary Service (FPL vault need to be adjacent rooms). Installation of FPL primary conduit only.
