1001 South Miami Ave was proposed in April 2014 and began construction in March 2016.
The project is a 65-story luxury development in south Miami’s thriving downtown Brickell area.
Originally designed by artist Julian Shnabel and architect Luis Revuelta, the project will include 550 ultra-exclusive residences ranging from 1200 square feet to 1350 square feet, and also 40,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and Miami style outdoor bars and lounges.
1001 South Miami Avenue adds to a list of luxurious up and coming developments in the surrounding Brickell area, further adding to the ambiance of Brickell as a whole.
