Aria on the Bay will be developed by the Melo Group who we know from the successful Edgewater project Bay House. This new luxury residential high-rise is located on a prime waterfront location along the Biscayne Bay in Miami's booming Midtown. The 648-unit Miami condo project currently has 90 percent of its residences under hard contract with remaining residences priced from the $400,000s to $1.8 million range.
Aria on the Bay will be competing with Paramount Bay, a very demanded condo a few blocks away. Paramount is, of course, more dated than Aria on the Bay and also the prices of Aria on the Bay are more attractive. Aria on the Bay's east side of the building will have a more exclusive feeling with private elevators to the units, whereas the west side of the building shares 4 elevators among 8 residences (per floor).
