In addition, the development would include 12,000 square feet of retail space and 5,000 square feet of restaurants with 1,000 parking spots in two parking garages. A restaurant will be demolished and a sports complex with rooftop paddle ball and pickle would be built in its place. Plans also include the redevelopment of the existing 65,760-square foot office building on the site.
