The building was recently repositioned into a modern office and retail space. Retail is located on One Milk Street’s ground floor, with office spaces on the second through sixth floors. Available office space ranges from 2,856 to 28,775 square feet. The building is also home to one of Boston's multiple WeWork locations.
New HVAC, roof and electrical systems will be installed throughout One Milk Street, and elevators will be upgraded. Spaces will feature exposed brick, eight-foot windows, and high ceilings. The building is located steps from all MBTA rapid transit lines and a short drive to Interstates 90 and 93.
