Approved redevelopment of the 5.2-acre site owned by Harvard University. A long-vacant 450,000-square-foot building, former home to Globix Corp. currently sits on the site. New plans call for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a 3-building, mixed-use project totaling approximately 815,000 square feet.
The Proposed Project would include approximately 548,000 square feet of office and/or research and development space in 2 buildings. One primarily residential building is anticipated to include approximately 450 residential units. The ground floor of each building will be activated on all sides, with approximately 18,000 square feet of retail space. Parking would be available in a shared below-grade parking garage and the project would also include around 1 acre of open space.
