Two upcoming commercial/retail buildings totaling nearly 15,000 square feet overlooking Northpoint Common. One building would contain 5,885 square feet of gross floor area, and the other would contain 9,082 square feet of gross floor area. Both buildings would be two stories and approximately 35 feet high.
A total of 3,036 square feet of ground floor outdoor tenant premises, including outdoor seating patios and rooftop terraces, would be located on site, in addition to 7,983 square feet of street-level public open space. No new vehicle parking would be created on site.
