Resident amenities will include a roof deck. No resident parking will be constructed. New residential lobby space will be created on 8 Harrison Avenue's ground floor including a mailroom, a trash and recycling center, a bike storage room and tenant storage space.  The total renovation area is 43,393 square feet. Modest exterior improvements will be made including new windows, HVAC systems, signage and exterior lighting.
