Built by Dellbrook | JKS, Residence Inn Braintree is composed of five levels of wood framing above a ground-floor steel base. As part of the project, a single-story, 7,020 square foot restaurant building has been built next to the hotel; 110 Grill opened in the building on July 6th, 2017.
