Proposed repositioning of the existing Brookline Holiday Inn into a mixed-use development featuring a new 14-story hotel with 390 rooms, a new 10-story residential apartment building with 155 residences and ground-floor restaurant and retail space.
The existing six-story hotel with 225 rooms and 135 parking spaces would be renovated; initial renderings show a three-story vertical addition at the top of the existing building. The proposed development would also include 250 vehicle parking spaces.
