The property also features a recently opened Tavern in the Square restaurant on its’ ground floor.
Kronos, Cross Point’s current anchor tenant, occupies 500,000 square feet at the property across 16 floors, including one full tower, and has invested $68 million in space build out.
Anchor Line Partners, who acquired Cross Point for $100 million in July 2014 and sold the property for $227.2 million in January 2018, invested over $11 million in capital improvements to the property.
