Description
We will be removing and replacing the thin brick on the Assembly Row and Foley Street elevations of 449 Canal St. Part of the scaffolding will be on the sidewalk and we will provide a covered pedestrian walkway to allow people to pass through as well as enter the building. Sidewalk traffic will continue to pass through with no detour. There will be 3 barricaded construction areas that will not go beyond the limits of the existing parking spots.(will not affect traffic)
