Union Square, Somerville, MA
The 2.4 million square foot USQ project will re-invent vibrant Union Square in the Somerville. Situated across 15.7-acres the project will feature a mix of uses including biotech, lab, office, residential and retail space. The project will be comprised of 60 percent commercial and 40 residential development and includes over 3.5 acres of open space. The upcoming new Green Line Extension will provide easy transit access for this project.

Construction on the first phase of the project to include a 175,000 square foot lab building and 450 unit residential building is expected to kick off later 2019/early 2020.
