Proposed 40B development to feature 180 luxury apartments in Weston. The project would feature a single, contiguous multifamily building containing 180 apartment units and approximately 11,400 square foot residential amenity area and leasing & management offices.
Parking for 343 vehicles is provided in an enclosed and self-contained precast garage that is not visible from most exterior perspectives. Resident amenities include a resort-styled outdoor pool in an enclosed courtyard, business center, billiards lounge, demonstration kitchen and dining room, state of the art fitness area and yoga room, deluxe screening room, and pet friendly amenities including dog wash facility and outdoor runs. The Project includes a privately owned and operated onsite wastewater treatment facility, designed as a feature “front-door” element along the entry drive. Apartments will be offered in a balanced mix of 100 one bedroom, 79 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom units.
In July 2022, The Weston Zoning Board voted to reject the project.
