The Project includes a privately owned and operated onsite wastewater treatment facility, designed as a feature “front-door” element along the entry drive. Apartments will be offered in a balanced mix of 100 one bedroom, 79 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom units.

In July 2022, The Weston Zoning Board voted to reject the project.
