Upcoming $62M addition to IDEXX Laboratories just outside Portland, Maine. The 135,000 square foot expansion will create space for 600 additional employees and also include a 3,500 square foot outdoor pavilion. The new building, set to open in early 2020, will feature ample space for collaboration, further contributing to IDEXX’s culture of innovation. The project also includes 16,000 square feet of View Dynamic Glass and is targeting Gold LEED certification.
