The building would also include over 4,000 square feet of office space. The plans show the complex to be built on a 0.36 acrelot. It is proposed to include underground parking. The residential area of the planned complex is listed at 25,915-square-feet plus another 4,325-square-feet for office space. Benaiah Properties purchased the properties in May from commercial Realtor and developer Mike Busch, who owned them under the name 816 North Broadway LLC.
