Permit Details: Build a detached 8' by 8' (64 square feet) shed on the upper backyard level at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, to replace a current 64 square foot shed on the lower, parking lot level of the church premises. This shed is being built as a Boy Scout Eagle Scout project by Orono High School Senior Isaac Jans, under the supervision of his father Brad Jans, a Good Shepherd member, a Boy Scout scoutmaster, an Orono Middle School Tech Teacher, and owner/operator of Bradley Jans Construction. We have received permission from Heidi Quinn at Minnehaha Creek Watershed District to proceed with this smaller building project this fall while we work on the plans for erosion control, stormwater management, wetland protection, and floodplain alteration for our other, larger building project - an 18' by 24' garage on our lower parking lot level - which we hope to build in the summer of 2021
