Permit Details: Project Description: 1517 Wilmore Improving existing berm structure and replacing existing fence while installing a SwimSpa fitness device. All improvements will be done with natural materials (stone and wood). The improvements along the berm is a retaining wall with a height of 44” (less than 4 ft). See 3D and 2D renderings attached. The SwimSpa device is for hot tub therapy due to a medical necessity from prior military injuries when on active duty. We are cognizant the SwimSpa is a large device and intentionally designed the layout to be esthetically pleasing from within the yard while not impacting any architectural integrity of the neighborhood considering there is no street view of the proposed layout and improvements.
