South Coast Improvement Company constructed a two story building with a full basement on the existing property. The new addition spans 14,000 square feet including 14 individual apartments as well as common space. A VRF heating and cooling system was installed allowing for individual controls in each apartment. A bistro with a propane fireplace was built inside. Outside, extensive activity space was added, such as an exterior hardscape patio with a custom stone seating area around a propane fire pit. The construction was completed while the main building on the property was occupied in under one year.
