A 12-story residential building, set for 208-216 King Street in Port Chester, NY (Westchester County). It will contain rental apartments, available in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, as well as a select amount of affordable housing units. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a yoga room, an outdoor swimming pool, a lounge on the top floor, a roof deck, a dog run, a flexible conference and event space, a co-working area, and a club room. Plans also call for an enclosed, 2-story, parking garage with an additional space to store up to 47 bicycles. The new development would replace two existing houses that currently occupy the site. The project would create up to 240 construction jobs.
