It will contain market-rate and affordable housing units, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. The building will offer 25,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including a landscaped public esplanade with access to the Hudson River waterfront, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a roof deck with grilling stations and dining areas, a fitness center with strength training and cardio equipment, a golf simulator, a game room, and a co-working lounge. The development will also have a cast-in-place parking garage and the waterfront will receive a new shoreline retaining wall and rebuilt piers. Because the project site is located within a Qualified Opportunity Zone, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) will be involved for environmental cleanup purposes.
