Three client-provided waste pumps will be installed. The pump discharge will be constructed of CPVC plastic pipe and rise above laboratory pods to a new gravity drain system. The waste pipe will continue outside and across the top of the loading dock door and finally terminate at the existing waste storage tank in the tank-farm area. The exterior waste pipe will be heat traced and insulated.
