Nine-building Newton office campus acquired for $16.25 million
Creative Development has sold Chestnut Street Business Center, a nine-building office campus located in Newton within the N2 Innovation District, to Mauruuru Properties LLC for $16.25 million. The sale of the 140,000-square-foot campus amounts to $116 per square foot. Colliers International represented Creative in the deal and procured Mauruuru as Chestnut Street Business Center’s buyer. Shelm Creek Capital provided over $22.2 million in mortgage financing towards Mauruuru’s acquisition.
