1,300 Unit Residential Project Completes Utilities Deal in Brickell
Mast Capital has completed a utilities deal and has requested an expedited construction permit review for its three-tower project 1420 South Miami Avenue. The project was approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board in February. Construction permits are now being reviewed by Miami's Building Department for all three towers.
1420 South Miami Avenue is planned to include two apartment towers rising 50- and 60- stories, as well as a Cipriani branded 80-story condominium tower. The three-tower complex will total 880 apartments and 420 condos.
